Dracut Pop Warner is structured and volunteer-led. Our core leadership roles provide direction, accountability, and consistency throughout the season. These positions require commitment, collaboration, and a shared belief in youth development — and they are essential to the strength of our football and cheer programs.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Board members oversee the governance, financial stewardship, and long-term direction of Dracut Pop Warner. They meet regularly throughout the year to establish policy, approve budgets, ensure league compliance, and support the Football and Cheer Directors. Serving on the Board is a leadership commitment focused on stability, structure, and responsible program growth.
SUPPORTERS GROUP
The Supporters group strengthens the program through organized fundraising and community events. They meet monthly to plan initiatives that enhance the season experience for athletes and families. This role is ideal for those who want to contribute through event coordination, collaboration, and community engagement.
COACHING
Coaches are responsible for teaching fundamentals, leading practices, preparing athletes for competition, and upholding the standards of the program. This is a full-season commitment that includes practices multiple days per week, game preparation, and required certifications. Coaches directly shape the athlete experience and serve as leaders both on and off the field.
Behind Every Great Game Is a Great Team
Not every volunteer role requires a full-season leadership commitment. Game-day and seasonal support roles offer flexible opportunities to contribute while still playing an important part in the athlete experience. Even a few hours of support helps ensure our football games and cheer events run smoothly and professionally.

GAME-DAY VOLUNTEERS
Game-day volunteers help create a structured and organized home-field experience for our athletes and families.
Roles may include:
Snack Shack support
Score Clock operation
Field Crew (three volunteers per home game to manage chains and markers)
Game Announcer
Team Photographer or Videographer
These are typically single-game or short-term commitments.
EVENTS & FUNDRAISING VOLUNTEERS
Event and fundraising volunteers strengthen the program through organized initiatives that enhance the overall season experience.
Opportunities may include:
Assisting with themed raffles
Supporting community fundraising events
Helping with event setup and coordination
Contributing to special program functions
These roles are coordinated through the Supporters Group.
